Culinary Arts Mission Statement

 

To prepare students for opportunities in higher education and/or a career in Culinary Arts.

 

To provide and prepare all students for the opportunity to participate in Culinary Arts competitions, utilizing ACF Skills or ProStart standards.

 

To insure that all students have basic cooking skills so that they can become life long cooks.
